RTD WOI Stephen Musa Munyao

It is with humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the passing on of our dear dad Stephen Musa Munyao on 24th July 2026 after a long illness.
He was son of the late Samson Munyao and late Tabitha Ndinda. He was the husband of late Anna Milka. Father of late Winnie Mutheu, Geoffrey Ngao, Rev. Rtd. WOI Johnstone Kioko, Elizabeth Katile, late Nicholas Mwanzia, Rose Nthenya, Dorothy Ndinda and Janet Kanyiva.

He was brother of the late Kasiva, the late Joel, the late David, Mutiso, Rose Munee, Nduva, Muasya, Musembi, and Mary. He was a loving grandfather of Kalekye, Ndinda, Johnny. Tony, Mueni, Mtush, Mutinda, Steve Kasee, Snow, Faith Ndungwa, Muia, Lee and Stevo. And great- grandfather of Aida and many others. He was father-in-law of late Winnie Nzilani and Winnie Kioko and Peter Mutuku.

He was uncle of Charles Munyao, Rtd. Major Mumo and many others.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home Machakos on Tuesday 4th August 2026 at 8:30am for funeral service at AIC Kasinga church. Burial will take place the same day at his home in Mukuni, Kasinga village, Mumbuni Sub location, Machakos County. Family and friends are meeting daily at his home every day at 4pm.
