The Life of Mary
It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the passing of our dear matriarch, Mary Wangui Gundi, which occurred on Saturday. 25th July 2026.
She was the beloved wife of the late Laban Gundi Kamwaro. Mother of Grace Wanjiku, Lawrence Kamwaro, Caroline Wanjiru, the late Mwenje Gundi, Florence Nyawira, Jane Nyaguthil (USA). Isabel Wanjira, Charity Nyangati, Senior Chief Joseph Muhoro (Ngorano Location). Catherine Waruguru (Kenafric Industries). James Nduhlu (USA). and Francis Muya (Kahira-ini Primary School).

Kinyanjul, Joseph Wahome, Dickson Mary Wangui Gundi
Kigango, Catherine Wanjugu, Ndikwe Gichangl. Jane Nduhlu, and Wangeci Muya. Grandmother and great grandmother to many.
The cortege leaves Jamil Hospital Mortuary, Karatina Town, on Saturday. 1st August 2026 at 8:00 a.m. and thereafter proceed to PCEA Ngorano Church for a church service starting at 10:00a.m.
The burial will take place immediately after the service at the family home in Gatung'ang'a Location, next to Ngorano Polytechnic.
Daily prayers are being held at the family home from 3:00 p.m.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
