The Life of Alice
It is with humble acceptance of God's will that we announce the passing of Alice Wairimu Kabaria, also known as Mama Shiru, who passed away on 30th July 2026 while receiving treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital.
She was the daughter of Mary Nyambura and late Timothy Kabaria. A loving and devoted mother of Ms. Eunice Wanjiru Magu and Major Max Kamau Magu (KDF) and Susan Ghasio. Beloved sister of Ruth Njeri & Martin Mwai, Stephen Kamau & Monica Wamaitha and Francis Mburu & Purity Wairimu; adored grandmother of Nythan Gitau, Maleek Kamau and Alice Maleeka Wairimu; Cousin, aunt and friend to many. Alice (Mama Shiru) will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and the love she shared with her family, friends, and everyone whose lives she touched. Family, friends, and relatives are meeting for funeral arrangements and to support the family during this difficult time.
